  • We do not charge any fees to the organization for us to come and take team & individual photos. We reserve the right to sell prints and digital images.

  • We normally ask for a minimum of 3-4 weeks.

  • In order to make the photo day schedule and to send information to the parents. We will need a roster of all the student in each class and a minimum of one email address for their parents. However, we are able to email up to 3 email addresses per student.

    However, if emails are not available we do have an option for group gallery. Please ask us for more information on how this would work.

  • We make the photo day schedule but your studio will have final approval privileges.

  • No. All of our orders are done electronically and parents do not have to make purchases before they view their photos. Parents/Guardians will have an option to purchase an AdvancePay Credit which will also provide them Free Shipping costs.

  • All of our team images are a composite created from the student’s individual photos. There is no need for anyone to wait around for the team photo.

  • Absolutely not. All orders are shipped directly to the individual orderer.

  • We provide social media digital flyers announcing photo day with the date , start time, and access code. We will distribute via email address but also will give your organization information to share via social media or email.

    We bring our staff to check-in students, help posing and answer any parents questions.

    However, we do require at minimum 1 person from your organization there for representation during the shoot.
