ARE YOU READY FOR YOUR 2024 PHOTO SESSIONS?

We are excited to be back working your groups again this year!!! Let’s have fun!!

Please refer to the schedule below so you know when their team’s session is.

LOCATION - SPENCER SOUTHPARK MALL

If you cannot make your team’s scheduled time, please email us at info@splitrockphotos.com for additional options.

BEFORE CHECKING IN WITH OUR PHOTOGRAPHY STAFF:

Please have your child ready in their uniform with shirts tucked in.

Please make sure to bring their baseball glove. If they’d like their own baseball/softball bat or any other gear please bring it that evening. If they are a catcher please bring their catcher’s gear. We can take a few separate catcher images as well that evening.

NO Cleats please. We will not be photographing their feet.

In order for you to see or get information on photos after they are taken,

In order to see or get information on photos after they are taken, you must Su Do I Need To Purchase An AdvancePay Credit?

  • No, you are not required to purchase an AdvancePay Credit to have your child’s photo taken by us.

  • You will be given the opportunity to purchase a $35 AdvancePay Credit before the gallery goes live. By purchasing the $35 AdvancePay Credit, you will receive FREE SHIPPING on your order of $35 or more.

  • If you have 2 or more children in SYBSA, only 1 AdvancePay credit purchase is needed if photos are ordered at the same time.

  • If you do not purchase an AdvancePay Credit you will pay the shipping fees determined by our print lab.

    • SplitRock Photography does not profit from shipping costs.

If for safety/privacy reasons, you Do Not want your child’s photo in their Team’s Image, please make sure to let your organization and our staff know before Picture Day!

We can still take their individual photos and share them with you privately.
