• Even if you don’t intend on purchasing photos, we still encourage you to bring your player so we can take their photo and include them into their team photo! Players that don’t come in for photos will be missing from their team photo.

• We use a paperless ordering and viewing system that can be accessed either by a desktop computer or by your mobile phone. No more paper order forms with a checks or credit card information. All you need to do is text your group’s code to #90738 on your cell phone to subscribe to your gallery!

• Once you text your code to 90738, you will be directed to a page and you will have the option to purchase a $35.00 AdvancePay Credit. By purchasing the $35.00 AdvancePay Credit you will receive FREE SHIPPING on your order! If you have multiple players at G-T Little League, you only need to purchase one AdvancePay Credit to receive the Free Shipping Offer.

• About 2 weeks after photo day, you will receive a text notifying you that your photos are ready for purchase. Follow the link or log back into your account using the cell phone number used when creating your account to purchase AdvancePay Credits. You will then have access to a gallery of photos to pick from. No more having the photographer decide what photos you get, pick your own favorites! At check out, you will see the AdvancePay Credits show up to be used at checkout.

• No more worries about losing prints between practice and home. Each order is tracked and shipped directly to your door, verifying delivery.

Do You Need To Purchase An AdvancePay Credit?

• No, you are not required to purchase an AdvancePay Credit to have your student’s photo taken by us.

• We take photos of every athlete that is present at their Photo Day! You can still subscribe to the gallery by texting your group’s special code to #90738 on your cell phone.

• You will be given the option to purchase an AdvancePay Credit but you are not required to do so. However, by purchasing the AdvancePay Credit you will receive FREE SHIPPING to your door!

• If you do not purchase an AdvancePay Credit you will pay the shipping fees determined by our print lab. Rocky Thompson Photography does not profit from shipping costs.
