Spirit Lake, we are gearing up for your photo day, below you will find some helpful information on how to sign up and what to expect on your photo day.

Important Information

• We use a paperless ordering and viewing system that can be accessed either by a desktop computer or by your mobile phone. No more paper order forms with a checks or credit card information. Find the specific activity below to access a code to get into your gallery. Each activity we photograph has its own specific code. All you need to do is text the unique activity code to #90738 to subscribe to that gallery. Link’s to the codes can be found below!

• Once you text the special code to 90738, you will be directed to a page and you will have the option to purchase a $35.00 AdvancePay Credit and subscribe to your gallery. By purchasing the $35.00 AdvancePay Credit you will receive FREE SHIPPING on your order!

• About 2 weeks after photo day, you will receive a text (if you subscribed to your gallery) notifying you that your photos are ready for purchase. Follow the link or log back into your account using the cell phone number used when creating your account to purchase AdvancePay Credits. You will then have access to a gallery of photos to pick from. No more having the photographer decide what photos you get, pick your own favorites! At check out, you will see the AdvancePay Credits show up to be used at checkout.

• No more worries about losing prints between practice and home. Each order is tracked and shipped directly to your door, verifying delivery.

Do You Need To Purchase An AdvancePay Credit?

• No, you are not required to purchase an AdvancePay Credit to have your student’s photo taken by us.

• We take photos of every student that is present at their Photo Day! You can still subscribe to the gallery by texting your special code (links are below) to #90738 on your cell phone.

• You will be given the option to purchase an AdvancePay Credit but you are not required to do so. However, by purchasing the $35.00 AdvancePay Credit you will receive FREE SHIPPING to your door (orders must be $35.00 or more to qualify for free shipping)!

• If you do not purchase a $35.00 AdvancePay Credit you will pay the shipping fees determined by our print lab. Rocky Thompson Photography does not profit from shipping costs and the costs are not marked up.
